MOUNTAIN PASTURE

Our cheese production on the mountain pasture can be reached
after a 2 hour hike. The pure biological cheese from the Stangl
cows ripens in winter, in a 500 year old mine tunnel.

 

Every tuesday and saturday at 12.00 noon we organize for our hotel

guests a cheese cellar tour and tasting!
