The Stanglwirt Riding School, which is affiliated to the first private Lipizzaner stud farm in Austria, is set in an idyllic location at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser, and provides all the options for equestrian training and further training.
Whether you are learning classic riding as a beginner, aim to make progress in dressage up to Class M, or just want to experience the superb landscape high up on the horse - with us in the Stanglwirt the gateway to a world of riding is open.

Information
- We would kindly ask you to arrive at the stables 15 minutes before the start of your riding lesson
- On request we are delighted to offer guided tours of the stables.
- Should you not be able to make it to a reserved riding lesson or horse-drawn carriage ride, we would ask you to cancel this the day before (for a morning session) or at least 4 hours prior to the session (for an afternoon session). Otherwise we are obliged to charge the price in full.
- The weight limit for those riding our Lipizzaners is 85 kg.
- Please note that riding sessions may be postponed or transformed into group sessions due to weather conditions.
- Lippizaners may be ridden from age 8 onwards
