The Hauser family's long-standing commitment to Karlheinz Böhm's Ethiopia Aid is now bearing fruit permanently. Recently, the Hauser family travelled to Ethiopia to see for themselves the work done by "Menschen für Menschen".

Our Lippizaner breeding has another jewel in its crown since July 2011: Rodesia the foal continues the lineage of the million-dollar stallion Pluto Verona, with whom Austria's first private Lippizaner breeding was founded.  

Our in-house Lippizaner stud farm was thoroughly tested by Pferdplus magazine – and passed with flying colours! 

A long-cherished dream is what Maria Hauser fulfilled for herself with the extension of the Stangl-shop. In the finest Stanglwirt ambiance, guests can now select from an exclusive and hand-picked range of products.  

September is that time of the year for our cows on their alpine pastures by the Wilder Kaiser, when their summer retreat ends and they return "home" to the cow barn here at Stanglwirt.

Ms Trixi Moser welcomed our trainees and gave them an envelope with maps of the city, a daily schedule of events and a little bit of pocket money by way of a surprise.

800 kilometres of mountain bike routes and 1200 kilometres of road bike tours enables sports fans to really put power to their pedals.

The Cordial Cup press conference was held recently in Biohotel Stanglwirt, where football, especially thanks to our dear friend Franz Beckenbauer, has always played a key role.

AUSTRIAN SKI JUMPERS AT HOME IN THE STANGLWIRT. It is a tradition for the ÖSV-Adler team to stay here with us in Bio-Hotel Stanglwirt for their first training camp in spring. 

This April, Tennis Resort Online once again published the list of the 100 TOP Tennis Resorts & Camps. The PBI tennis school and the Stanglwirt got top marks!  

Since many a year, folk musicians from all over Austria, neighbouring Bavaria and South Tyrol have been coming together – each spring and autumn - in the rustic parlours of the 250-year old inn in Going to make music together.

A few days ago, we were lucky enough to welcome another special visitor to the Stanglwirt - Pierre Sarkozy, the friendly, down-to-earth and extremely talented son of France’s President Nicolas Sarkozy.

The Hauser family recently invited the entire Stanglwirt team to a cosy gathering to celebrate the hotel’s 100,000 overnight stays.
