Our
Sommelier Eva Mandl successfully passed a very difficult examination to gain her
Sommelier Diploma and now looks forward to sharing her newly acquired knowledge with you.
Her success is all the more remarkable since this course is getting more difficult all the time, and only around 30% of those who do the course complete it successfully.

Chef-Sommelier Walter Kaltschik
Our
Chef Sommelier Walter Kaltschik also has cause to celebrate since he passed the exam to become a
Certified Sommelier. This exam is the corner stone to the Master Sommelier qualification and is run exclusively in English.
There are currently only 10 Sommeliers in Austria who have passed both the Diplom- Sommelier and Certified Sommelier exams.
