Cheesery/Dairy Worker (m/f)

  • Immediate start
  • Salary dependent on skills and experience (40 hrs | 5 days)

General requirements:

  • Love of farming (our ultra-modern cheese dairy gets its milk directly from the cowshed next door, housing 21 Simmental dairy cows)
  • Team spirit

We are looking for expertise in the following areas:

  • Milk handling and processing
  • Cheese-making: Soft and hard cheeses
  • Cheese ripening (correct care, etc.)
  • Yoghurt-making
  • Curd cheese-making
  • Producing milk for consumption
  • Basic bacteriological knowledge (how to work with cheese cultures)
  • Cleanliness & hygiene (documentation)

You already have experience of working in a cheese-making/dairy setting and are looking for a new challenge. You meet our high quality standards. You are not afraid of hard work.
