We recommend that you arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy a cup of freshly brewed tea and get into the right mood for your treatment. Please note that, out of respect for the guests who follow, your treatment will be correspondingly shorter should you arrive late.
Should you not be able to keep your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance - you will not be charged in this event. You will be charged the full amount for any appointments which have not been cancelled in good time, or which have not been used. The same conditions apply if a voucher has been used to pay in advance for an appointment that you then cancel or postpone, i.e. the value of the voucher will be reduced accordingly.
