With the new “Moizeit Stub’n”, the Stanglwirt has created a special place for its approximately 360 staff members . The new staff restaurant embodies the values that have always been important to this family-run business: quality, appreciation and a warm sense of community.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available free of charge to all staff. A varied buffet, generous meal times, and a dedicated head chef and kitchen team ensure that breaks can be flexibly integrated into the working day.

The same high standards of quality apply here as in the restaurants for guests. Many products come directly from the company’s own farms, complemented by a varied selection that caters to the different needs and preferences of the team. The weekly fresh-prepared doner kebab is already proving particularly popular.

The “Moizeit Stub’n” is deliberately designed as a meeting place for the whole team. Solid wood, leather, linen and other natural materials create a warm, cosy atmosphere in the typical Stanglwirt style.

It’s not just about the food here, but also about taking a break together, chatting and switching off for a while. A dedicated screen area provides additional space for shared experiences – such as cheering on a ski race or a World Cup.

The name of the new staff restaurant also emphasises this sense of community. It was chosen through a team vote. ‘Moizeit’ - the Tyrolean way of saying “Enjoy your meal” - is one of the first warm words that many new colleagues hear at the Stanglwirt, and thus stands for a genuine culture of welcome and a family-like atmosphere.

With the “Moizeit Stub’n”, the Stanglwirt is consistently continuing its employer strategy. Back in 2021, the staff residence provided a new home for many employees. Now, another space is being added where community, relaxation and enjoyment come together.
