Running & Nordic Walking
The idyllic scenery at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser seems to be made for running. If you would like to permanently improve your personal running style on a jogging tour across meadows and fields, then the Stanglwirt Running School offers a very special way to train.
By making you more aware of your movements, our team of fitness trainers will show you simple exercises to do to refine your own natural running technique. Running barefoot or without running shoes, you explore the local area with our jogging experts and gradually improve your personal performance.
Of course, you are also welcome to run in shoes. All that you really need is sufficient basic fitness to jog gently for ten minutes.
