In the Stanglwirt hotel restaurant, we show you that the way to a person's heart really is through the stomach. The beautifully presented and deliciously prepared creations on the daily changing multi-course menus or at the themed buffet evenings will make any gourmet's heart beat faster and ensure that rapturous hymns of praise wing their way to the kitchen. Unless you order à la carte, the only limit on the culinary delights you can enjoy in the hotel restaurant is the time available. That's why we ask you to arrive in the restaurant between 6.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. so that you can enjoy your meal to the full.
And by the way, a visit to our hotel restaurant is not just a treat for your palate. Our cosy rooms exude authentic Tyrolean "Gemütlichkeit" and, with their many secluded corners, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy your meal.
If, on the other hand, you need to satisfy your appetite, large or small, at lunchtime, hotel guests will find ample opportunity to do so with regional delicacies served in the Kamin Bistro or on the Kamin Bistro sunshine terrace by the Kaiserwiese landscaped gardens. The welcoming Kamin Bistro is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and even lets you eat in entirely relaxed style in your bathrobe. Hot treats of all kinds are freshly prepared in our open kitchen until 4 p.m.
For a good start to the day
Even starting your day could not be more enjoyable than at the Stanglwirt. There's a good reason why the impressive Stanglwirt breakfast buffet has such an outstanding reputation – it delights all our guests every day from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. with its enormous variety and loving attention to the organic ethos. For late risers, there is also the option of breakfasting after 11 a.m. à la carte in the Kamin Bistro.
On the subject of the organic ethos: our milk, curd cheese, butter, yoghurt, cheese and bread all come from the hotel's own farm where we make authentic natural products in our own production facilities. The best way to find out how good it tastes is to try it for yourself, on your next visit to the Stanglwirt.

The Stanglwirt Cookbook, compiled by Stanglwirt hostess Magdalena Hauser and our head chef Thomas Ritzer, contains lots of typical Tyrolean, traditional dishes which you can easily cook at home to remind you of your holiday "at home" at the Stanglwirt.
