For the Stanglwirt, sustainability is not just a trend, but a philosophy that has been put into practice for generations. We are therefore all the more delighted that we meet all the requirements for hosting events in accordance with the criteria of Green Events Tirol and Green Events Austria.
With this step, we are setting another example of responsible event management and offering our guests the opportunity to experience conferences, incentives, congresses, corporate events and private functions in a sustainable setting.
Green Events are events that focus on environmental, social and economic sustainability. The aim is to conserve resources and promote regional economic growth, whilst at the same time creating a high-quality event experience.
The Green Events Austria initiative supports organisers in planning and implementing events in such a way as to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable solutions. In doing so, clear standards are defined that apply throughout Austria.
To be recognised as a green event, venues and organisers must meet a number of requirements.
These measures help to reduce the environmental footprint of events in a sustainable way, whilst also demonstrating social responsibility.

Particularly when it comes to cuisine, event organisers and guests benefit from short supply chains and high-quality produce. Many ingredients come from our own organic farm or from long-standing regional partner farms.
